What to expect
Messages are read in the order they arrive and answered by email, usually within a few working days. Busier periods take longer.
Corrections get priority. If you point out an error, tell us which page and which sentence, and we will check it against the governing body's own published material before amending.
We cannot pass messages to players, coaches, agents or tournaments, and we do not publish predictions, tips or player assessments on request.
